Guild By Laws:

1. No Cussing, Personal Attacks, Racial Remarks or Slurs, and Sexist Remarks in all Guild Public Forums. aka Guild Chat, Group Chat, Guild and other Forums. We are a Guild of Honor and Integrity, so please reflect that in all public forums.

2. No "Leet" Chat of any kind. The common chat acronyms are fine, aka LOL, IDK, ect.

3. Please keep your Forum Name and In Game Names appropriate for the Family Realm. Please do not use names that are run together, leet, vulgar, or Copy Written Names. Here of some examples of names that will be questioned. xXxDrizztxXx, Ipwnedyou, Demonrapists. If the game allows for Sir Names, there is no need for run togethers.

4. Since this Guild is planning to be in several games, please be sure to put your in game Character in the Guild Roster. Please include any of your Alt names too.

5. No Begging for item's or money.

6. Please be respectful at all times. This includes Guild Members and other players in game and in the given forums.

7. If you have any grievances, please let a Council Member know, and the problem will be handled. Please don't get mad and leave the Guild without giving us an opportunity to work through the problem.

8. The Council has the final say so in all Guild Business. The Guild Master will step in and make a final decision on an Issue or Decision only if the Council is gridlocked and can't settle.

9. Our main source of communication is the forums here at this site. Please be sure to visit the forums and post. We are not saying you have to post every day, but at least come by on the weekends and post. Lack of forum activity can lead to your Membership being dropped to the Friend rank, with limited access to the forums and in game perks.

10. All Member's that are not active for more then a 30 Day Period will be removed from the Guild. Please let a Council Member know if you are going to be out longer then 30 Days. This includes both in game and this website.

11. We are going to go by a 3 Strikes you are out Policy for discipline. You will be warned 3 times about a particular issue, if the problem is not corrected, you will be removed from the Guild. The Guild Leader and Council reserve the right to dismiss someone early if the need call's for it. Blatant disrespect of your Leadership will be one example of an early release.

The Bottom Line here is this. This is a Game, play it, enjoy it. If the game gets too much for you, take some time off. We are Building a Community here and we are here to help each other out. Remember: Honor, Respect, Family, Guild!

Note: These Rules are subject to change by the Leadership of this Guild.

Council Ran Guild:

I want to take this time to explain what it means to be a part of a Guild that is managed by a Council. The Council is your leadership of the Guild. Yes there is a Guild Master, but his role is to administer the Website and the in game Guilds. He will also step in to resolve a problem if the Council can't. You can look at it this way, the Council is your Board of Trusties and the GM is the Chairman.

Guild Decisions - The Council will work together to come up with ideas for events and preliminary decisions for the Guild. All Major decisions will be passed down to the Guild to vote on. This type of decisions will include Server selection, faction choice (if needed), Guild Hall location, Discipline of a Member, Alliance choice ect.

Guild Members - If any Member has an issue, problem, concerned, idea, suggestion, they are free to approach any Council Member to discuss it. If the issue is a minor one, the Council Member will address it. If the Council Member does not feel comfortable or feels it’s a Major issue, He/She will bring it to the rest of the Council to discuss and bring to the Guild if needed. All Major decisions will be made by the Guild.

I want the relationship to be a two way street, Council<<>>Members. The bottom line here is that we are a Guild over anything else. :)

Disclaimer: The Guild Master and the Council does reserve the right to step in and make a final decision on an issue if they see the need to do so.
